Tiramisu is the well-known Italian dessert which in Italian means, lift me up. It is a symbol of Italian confectionery. The first reports of tiramisu appeared in Italy in the 15th century. The recipe, quite simple, combines the taste of the cookie, coffee, cocoa, marsala liqueur and mascarpone, resulting in a full flavor and many aromas.

Tiramisu Chocolate Martini
- 20ml chocolate vodka
- 20ml chocolate liqueur
- 20 ml coffee liqueur
- 20 ml Monin Tiramisu Syrup
- 60 ml liquid vanilla ice cream
- Ice
Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass. Add garnish and serve.

Tiramisu Latte
- 30 ml MONIN Tiramisu
- 180 ml milk
- 1 shot of espresso
Heat up all the ingredients except coffee in a milk-heater and add the mixer in a mug. Add the coffee into the mug in the end and serve.
