The exquisite Plantation range highlights the rich heritage of the Caribbean. It was created in 1999 by Alexandre Gabriel, owner of the French company Maison Ferrand, with the aim of producing high quality rum, combining traditional and modern distillation methods. The uniqueness of each Plantation label lies in the double aging process: first, rum is aged in the tropical climate of the Caribbean, in ex-bourbon casks and then is transported to France, where it undergoes additional aging in ex-cognac casks of Château de Bonbonnet. The Plantation range offers a trully rich variety of versions.
