Cocktails with alcohol

Amaretto Coffee

• 25 ml Monin apple pie
• 40 ml bourbon
• 1 double espresso 
•  cream
  Heat for a second the bourbon with the Monin. Add the coffee with the cream in the end.

Cocktails without alcohol

Amango

• 20 ml Monin apple pie
• 150 ml mango juice  
• 10 ml lemon juice
  Add all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Stir and serve in a cocktail glass.
