Sipsmith Gin

London's Sipsmith Distillery is a small-scale unit. It produces gin in batches, with a base alcohol made from wheat. Each time, the herbs are added to the pot still from the previous day. They release their precious ingredients for 14 hours, before the distillation process begins. The recipe has been applied since 2009, which is considered the birth year of this modern London Dry gin.
