Sierra Tequila

Young blue agave plants are called hijuelos. They take about six years to mature. Hundreds of Mexican workers select the best hijuelos and take care of their growth continuously, until the moment of harvest. This care is later transformed into Sierra tequila, one of the most famous of Jalisco region.
