Ocho is the first tequila to highlight the agave terroir, capturing the unique characteristics of the soil and climate of the Jalisco region in Mexico. It is produced from 100% blue agave grown on selected estates and matured for eight years. The name "Ocho", meaning "eight" highlights the requirement of eight kilograms of agave for each liter of tequila produced, the eight days while Blanco is completed and the eight weeks and eight days while Reposado is matured. With traditional methods, such as slow roasting in brick ovens and natural fermentation, Ocho keeps Mexican tradition. Each bottle is a unique expression of land and time, a true experience of authentic Mexican tequila.
