Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Gingerman

• 25 ml syrup Monin gingerbread
• 15 ml Monin dark chocolate sauce
• 40 ml bourbon
• 20 ml cream
  Add all the ingredients into a blender with ice. Serve in a large cocktail glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Gingerbread Chocolate

• 20 ml Monin gingerbread syrup
• 1 double shot espresso 
• 150 ml hot chocolate
• whipped cream
  In a milk-maker heat up all the ingredients except coffee. Serve in a large mug, add the coffee with a little whipped cream on the top.
