Hayman's Gin

The copper pot stills that operate at Hayman's Distillery are named after three great women of the eponymous family. The high quality of gin produced there is due to the balance of aromatic components: citrus fruits provide freshness, licorice provides sweetness, while cinnamon and nutmeg provide warmth.
