Cocktails with alcohol

Tequila Curacao

20 ml Giffard caramel syrup
30 ml Tequila
30 ml Curacao Triple Sec
40 ml pineapple juice
60 ml passion fruit juice

Add the ingredients to a shaker. Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice. Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Serve.

Cocktails without alcohol

Caramel Espresso

10 ml Giffard caramel syrup
5 ml Amaretto syrup
30 ml espresso coffee

Pour the ingredients in a cup. Stir briefly. Garnish & serve.
