Malfy Gin

Although it is made in northern Italy, in a distillery in Turin, Malfy has a strong southern Italian character, since pink grapefruit and sanguine from Sicily are used in its production. It is prepared through vacuum distillation, one of the most "intelligent" distillation techniques.
