Hennessy Cognac

Six are the steps to form the wonderful Hennessy cognac. Initially, grapes of the Ugni Blanc variety, also known as Trebbiano, are harvested from the vineyards of the Charente region. Then, their juice is fermented and distilled twice. The resulting spirit, often called eau-de-vie, is sent to aging barrels. During the fourth step, samples of mature spirits are selected to be used in the sophisticated fifth step, which is none other than blending. Thus, the appropriate blend is born, which is finally bottled. A bottle of Hennessy cognac is beautiful, both on the outside and on the inside.
