Our Traditional cauldron ouzo, appetizer and characteristic of its range. Directly from the historic cauldrons of the grandfather "Apalarina", he takes us on a journey to the mountain villages of Chios and their anise-rich slopes. It has a pleasant aroma, transparent color and soft taste that gives the palate sensations of spring breeze and sunny sea. The Process

Seraphim share and carry on unaltered, four generations later, their ancestor's love for traditional and fragrant Chiot creations.
