"Heirs I. Seraphim", the company behind the beloved Apalarina, is run by seven descendants of the legendary Ioannis Seraphim, who faithfully follow their ancestor's recipe. With their love and passion for the exquisite products of Chios and with the technique dictated by tradition, the Heirs I.
