Smoked Caramel Manhattan

- 45ml premium blended whiskey

- 15ml sweet vermouth

- 25ml Monin Salted Caramel Syrup

- 2 dash(es) aromatic bitters

- 30ml pineapple juice

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass. Add garnish and serve.

Banana’s Foster Coffee

- 25ml spiced rum

- 25ml banana liqueur

- 15ml  Monin Salted Caramel Syrup

- 50ml fresh brewed coffee

Fill serving glass full of hot water to warm glass. Discard hot water and pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Stir gently to mix. Add garnish and serve.
