Tasting Characteristics
It has pale yellow color. On the nose mostly tropical fruits, such as banana, peach, mango and citrus but also some pear and green apple. Aromas are confirmed on the palate as well. Medium acidity, medium to full body, very delicate, warm and long aftertaste.

Vineyard
From the selected vineyard ‘Houlevena’, one of the first vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis in the heart of the Atalanti Valley. Located near the sea, on flatland. Its variety upon soils is unique (sand, clay, limestone).
Vinification – Maturation
White vinification method under controlled temperature. No oak, hence the primary typical aromas of a Chardonnay.
Harmony
It pairs well with grilled sardines, seafood appetizers, shellfish, grilled fish, poultry with white light sauces, grilled octopus, grilled calamari, green salads, grilled chicken and zucchini pasta.
