Teeling Whiskey

Dublin's Teeling Distillery has a huge spirit tradition. Some of the whiskeys are smoked and some are not. Some of the whiskeys are made exclusively from barley and others incorporate other types of grain. The poitin is also excellent, a spirit that has an even longer history than whiskey itself. The water used in the preparation of each Teeling product flows in an underground river below the distillery.
