The story of our tequila legacy begins with Don Eduardo Orendain, one of the most experienced and renowned tequila distillers of 1926. He passed down fundamental elements to his family: his love for the land, his conviction for never giving up on our passion for what we do, and the quality of our tequilas. And it was in 1926 with the purchase of a small distillery known as "El Llanito" that he unknowingly continued to uphold the legacy of the Orendain's. Thanks to his passion, loyalty and commitment to tequila, to Mexico and to Jalisco, he became the founder and first president of what is today The National Chamber of the Tequila industry.
