Tasting Characteristics

Clean and clear in appearance. Fresh on the nose, with hints of iodine. Τaste is balanced between iodine and yuzu. Aftertaste is round and silky.

The process

Fresh water from a mountain spring of Japan and salty water from the sea around are added to carefully selected ingredients, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander, to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline.

Served

Excellent in a gin & tonic, in a Dry Martini, as well as with ice and spearmint leaves.
