Tasting Characteristics

Classic London Dry Gin, with strong aromas of juniper, pine and orange. Medium body, dominated by lemon, juniper and coriander elements. Aftertaste has medium duration.

The process

Still produced in the "capital" of Gin, London, in a distillery located in the "heart" of the city. It was created in the 19th century by James Burrough and since then its legendary recipe remains unchanged, with its current custodian the most experienced gin distiller in the world, Desmond Payne.

It is a combination of 9 herbs: juniper, lemon peels, Seville oranges, almonds, angelica roots, coriander seeds, angelica seeds and roots, orris roots and liquorice.

Served

Enjoy it plain or on the rocks, while it combines wonderfully with the most creative cocktails.
