Tasting Characteristics

Lemony with greenish hues. On the nose, at first, we can detect, fruit aromas, such us peach, lemon, apple and the skin from citrus fruits that are accompanied with flowery and herbal notes. On the mouth it has a medium body with high acidity, flavours of peach, citrus fruits and a lemony finish.

Variety Composition

Asyrtiko - Preknadi.

Vinification-Aging

The grapes come from organic vineyards. The fermentation happens on stainless steel tanks.

Tasting combination

It complements greek meze, sarmadakia, small fried fish, shellfish, salads.

Ideally at 8 - 10°C.
