Tasting Characteristics

It has an impressive golden colour and rich aromas of dried peach, caramel, butter, honey, smoke, vanilla, nutmeg, orange, dried flowers and nuts. Full body, rich, with a crispy acidity that balances with it's creamy texture.

Vinification-Growing

The wine ages in oak barrels for 12 months. With an interesting growing technique, the barrels are not fully filled, achieving a longer connection between wine and oxygen for as long as it stays there.

Tasty Combinations

Ideal for oily fishes, lobster, meat with white sauces, pork with plums and chicken with herbs.
