Vineyards

The vineyard is located in the village of Kapsia, on the Mantineia plateau and at an altitude of 700 meters. The soil is sandy loam. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October.

Vinnification - Maturation

Contact with the grape skins for 20 days, so that the phenols are extracted and it acquires a deep, intense red color. Fermentation at a controlled low temperature to preserve the primary aromas. Aging for one year in 4th-use French oak barrels, so that the tannins become velvety, and for one year in the bottle.

Harmony

It goes well with red meat, mushrooms and blue cheese.
