Tasting Characteristics

Nose with sweet aromas of vanilla and caramel, together with hints of citrus jam and peels. Balanced mouth, with a rich sense of honey. Cinnamon, lemon and oak are noticeable in the aftertaste.

The process

This is a very popular bourbon, carefully mixed and aged for at least nine years in oak casks. Traditional methods, unchanged since 1888, are used. It consists of 51% corn and the rest 49% of rye and malted barley. Aging takes place in lightly smoked, new white oak casks.

Enjoy on the rocks, plain or with drops of mineral water.
