And just like this precious metal, Carpano Dry maintains its characteristics over time, thanks to the distinctive ingredients in its recipe and the quality of the Fratelli Branca Distillery production processes. Its aroma is characterised by a balanced and well-structured, yet not overwhelming richness of scents: candied fruit, spices, coriander, incense, lemon essential oil. It is the “winey”, slightly acidic taste of this vermouth that comes through initially, followed by interesting notes of citrus and green apple.

The purification and standardization stages, as long as the rigorous controls ensure top quality.
