Spencerfield Spirit Co

Based at a 16th century farmhouse overlooking the Forth, Spencerfield Spirit Company is a close knit family run company responsible for the famous Edinburgh Gin and Sheep Dip whisky. Their flagship product, Sheep Dip, was developed in 1970, with its stablemate, Pig’s Nose, being launched three years later. Both award winning whiskies have been joined by the hugely successful Edinburgh Gin and the 1990 Old Hebridean.
