Sierra

Sierra is a tequila brand owned by Borco-Marken-Import from Hamburg. The tequila is produced at Destilerías Sierra Unidas in Guadalajara, Mexico. The hallmark of the brand is a plastic sombrero attached to the bottle cap. The Sierra was introduced to the German market in 1981 and by the 1990s had become the market leader in Germany.
