Alex Thomas decided to break the rules of traditional single malt whisky and created an unexpected and more palatable accessible profile, guiding selected sherry casks through maturation, the unique Sexton was born. As a Master Blender with fifteen years perfecting her craft, Alex is the patron of The Sexton and its history.
