Jas Hennessy is based in Cognac, France. He owns one of the most well-known cognac houses and sells more than 100 million bottles annually. It is the largest cognac producer in the world. The brand has been owned by Moët Hennessy, since the champagne and cognac merger in the early 70s, which in turn is owned by LVMH (by 66%) and Diageo (by 34%).
