Tasting Characteristics

Gin with a transparent, almost crystal color. On the nose you will easily recognize the aromas of juniper and anise. The taste is dry, slightly salty, with citrus notes.

Process

Malfy is made through vacuum distillation. This is a relatively new technique in the world of gin production, allowing evaporation at a lower temperature.Therefore the composition of the herbs does not change, since heat associated with degradation is avoided. Carefully selected ingredients are separated into collections and distilled separately to bring out their flavors. The individual spirits are then expertly blended together to create a sophisticated style in this fruity gin.
