The process

Distillation of natural mastic with alcohol of agricultural origin and then diluting the alcohol grades and adding sugar.

Served

You can enjoy it plain, as a digestive or you can prepare the Skinos Med cocktail that will take you to the depths of the Aegean.

The recipe is simple

- 60 ml Skinos Mastiha Spirit

- 6 fresh basil leaves

- 20 ml lemon juice

- Top up with soda

- Garnish with a basil sprig

Place all the ingredients into the Skinos Med glass, stir with ice, top up with soda water, garnish and enjoy!
