Hayman's Old Tom Gin 700ml

Hayman's Old Tom follows a family recipe from 1870, based on the English heritage. With strong herbal characteristics and a light sweetness, Hayman's Old Tom is softer than typical dry gins. This category of gin was the preference of the people in 19th century England.

Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has soft aromas of juniper, citrus fruits and spices. In the mouth it is rich, full-bodied, relatively sweet, while the spices become more intense and present until the finish.

The process

It is distilled in a copper pot, with the useof 10 different herbs. The exact recipe has been kept secret for at least 150 years.
