Rich aromatic character of citrus, apple, pear and quince. Full balanced mouth.

The Process

Debina 100%. Vineyard in Debina Zitsa (height 700m.). Harvest in mid-September to mid-October. The grape mass after the fermentation process is placed in traditional copper pots followed by slow double distillation at a mild temperature. During the process of the second distillation, it is divided into three fractions head-heart and tail, where only the heart is isolated. In this way we produce the "Soul of Debina".
