Tasting Characteristics

Bright on the face, with a strong aromatic nose with fruity aromas of citrus fruits such as bergamot and orange, white fruits such as peach jam and dried apricot, rose floral aromas and botanical hints of mint. In the mouth, it is characterized by mild alcohol, fatty body, taste of candied kumquat, dried apricot and mint. Long elegant rose finish.

The Process

It is produced from the Greek, now, reddish variety of Muscat Hamburg grape, which is cultivated almost exclusively in Thessaly.

Best Served

It marries beautifully with fragrant, spicy desserts. Its explosive character makes it ideal for consumption without food but also as a base drink in premium cocktails.
