Tasting Characteristics

The strong elements of its spices, such as cumin, cardamom, coriander and pepper are perceived by the nose, while the juniper makes its appearence later. In the mouth and the aftertaste, spices are also intense, mainly those of pepper and coriander, with a sweetness remaining at the finish.

The process

The botanicals in Opihr Gin make the journey to their destination, which is none other than the oldest distillery in England, where quality gin has been traditionally distilled since 1761.
