Cocktails with alcohol

Elder & Wiser

• 30 ml wine
• 20 ml Monin elderflower syrup
• 60 ml champagne or sparkling wine
• 60 ml soda
  Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Stir gently to mix. Add garnish and serve.

Cocktails without alcohol

Flower Power Fizz

• 30 ml chamomile tea
• 30 ml Monin Elderflower Syrup
• 30 ml fresh sour mix
• 30 ml aquafaba chickpea juice
• Top with 30ml soda
  Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass. Add garnish and serve.
