Cocktails with alcohol

Creme Brulee Cognac Sour

• 20 ml Creme Brulee syrup
• 40 ml cognac
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 20 ml egg white
  Shake ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain into ice-filled serving glass.

Cocktails without alcohol

Creme Brulee Latte

• 20 ml Monin creme brulee
• 120 ml milk
• 1 shot of espressο
  Heat up all the ingredients except the coffee in a milk-heater. Serve in a mug and add the coffee.
