The season of the fruit is summer, but you can taste it all year round thanks to Monin raspberry puree.

Served

In a tumbler glass with ice. Used in cocktails, mocktails, beverages, coffee, pastry and cooking.

Cocktails with alcohol

Berry Basil Cooler

• 30 ml Monin raspberry puree
• 40 ml white rum
• cranberry juice
• 4 pieces of lime
• 7 basil leaves

Squeeze the Monin puree with the lime in a low glass. Add the remaining ingredients with crushed ice and shake.

Cocktails without alcohol

Raspberry Ginger Cooler

• 30 ml Monin raspberry puree
• 10 ml Monin pink grapefruit
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• ginger ale

Mix all the ingredients except ginger ale in an ice shaker and strain into a hurricane glass with ice. Top with Fentimans ginger ale and serve.
