Ever since the first Chios Fresh Beer was bottled, friends and strangers have been asking if the beer contains mastic. The answer was that Chios produces many wonderful products with mastic but even more without mastic. The brewery had done many tests from time to time. The result was always delicious.

But this time they wanted to make a unique beer in a combination that had never been done before. And this one was made using wheat malt (like the malt most Weiss use). The wheat malt combined with the original mastic of Chios gives the feeling that we have dipped an underwater spoon of mastic into the beer.
