Tasting Characteristics

Intense, vibrant, orange colour. On the nose spicy notes of orange accompanied by attractive, complex herbal aromas and a touch of vanilla. Rich orange flavour accompanied by notes of herbs and wood, pleasantly bittersweet and slightly salty. Velvety and rounded texture. Rich enjoyable and lasting finish, with the notes of herbs and the bitter character of the secret recipe to dominate.

The process

As in similar drinks, the recipe is a secret, however it includes the infusion of herbs and fruits.

Served

Aperol is ideal for consumption on many occasions, in the early afternoon, after work, with only 11% alcohol content.

Aperol Spritz is easy to make:

-  Fill a white wine glass with ice

- Pour 3 parts of Prosecco

- Followed by 2 parts of Aperol

- And 1 splash of soda
- Garnish with an orange slice and you are ready to enjoy!
