Vineyard

The vineyards are located in two areas of Mantineia, Kapsia and Fteri, and at an altitude of 600 to 800 meters. They cover an area of approximately 30 acres. Being lovers of tradition, the members of the Vervainioti family have chosen to maintain the training system of their ancestors in the vineyards, the goblet.

Vinification – Maturation

Use only the free-run juice. Fermentation in cold temperature controlled tanks in order to preserve the primary aromas. Batonnage for approximately three months.

Harmony

It can be consumed as an aperitif, it accompanies excellent well seafood, vegetable pies and white fresh cheeses.
