Vineyard
Nico Lazaridi vineyards in the Prefecture of Drama are surrounded by mount Falakro from the North, mount Menikio from the West, while at the north-east rises mount Pangeon – our Magic Mountain – which name is forever related to the worship of Dionysus, the Greek god of the grape harvest and winemaking.
Vinification – Maturation
Skin contact method, while the fermentation temperatures differ according to the plot, in order to obtain the aromatic potential of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. It matures for at least 6 months in selected oak barrels. At the same time, we perform batonnage on fine wine lees. Will respond to aging for up to 8 years after harvest.
Harmony
An excellent match for seafood, oily fish, smoked salmon, white meats and poultry with light sauces.
