Soft white with pale grey notes. Intriguingly aromatic profile combining characters such as jasmine, pear, pineapple and citrus fruit with notes of mint and honeycomb. Refreshing, crisp, full bodied and perfectly balanced with a fruity long-lasting aftertaste.

Mantinia Cuvee is produced from old vines cultivated in the winery's private vineyard on the high plateau of Mantinia

Vinnification - Maturation

Use of pre-fermentation extraction for aromatic enrichment. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures of 12-18 °C, while at the end, the wine matures for a short period of time in stainless steel tanks with simultaneous stirring of the fine lees to highlight its character (battonage).

Harmony

It pairs perfectly with fresh salads, light appetizers, grilled fish, cheese platters and fresh fruit.
