Tasting Characteristics
Elegant and light character. On the nose, it reveals aromas of white flowers and citrus, with hints of peach and pomelo emerging after aeration. On the palate, it is clean and well-balanced, with a refreshing finish that leaves a lingering impression of citrus notes.
Variety Composition
Grenache 60%, Cinsault 35%, Syrah 3%, Mourvedre 1%, Tibouren 1%. All grapes are 100% organic.
Vineyard
The vineyards of Provence, renowned for their unique terroir, feature limestone, rock and clay soils that offer excellent drainage and ideal conditions for grape ripening. The microclimate, shaped by the interplay of wind, sun and elevation, ensures phenolic ripeness while preserving freshness and acidity.
Vinification - Maturation
Harvest takes place before sunrise, at temperatures between 6 - 8°C, to maintain the grape's freshness. After careful sorting and destemming, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, with each variety vinified seperately. In December, the wines are blended to create the final wine. Once blended, the wine is aged in stainless steel, temperature-controlled vats for three months, preserving its natural clarity and aromatic intensity.

It pairs beautifully with mediterranean cuisine, light pastas, sushi and grilled seafood.
