Tasting Characteristics
It has a medium ruby color and intense red fruit character, which would easily make you think it is Pinot Noir. Multi-layered nose, it shoots you at machine gun speed with flowers, strawberries, helmets, sour cherry, cherry and raspberry all against a sweet spicy background. Botanical hints of rosemary, eucalyptus and sage add the final touch. In the mouth it has impressive concentration and structure, with silky tannins and sharp acidity. Raspberry jam, wild strawberry, fresh sour cherry, pomegranate, marjoram, rosemary, mint, lavender, rose, tea, vanilla, allspice and green pepper fill the mouth with every sip.

Vineyard
54-year-old Xinomavro autorhiz vineyard, planted in the plantation area in a limestone and granite soil.
Vinification - Aging
The grapes are 40% "whole cluster" and the fermentation is carried out with native yeasts. The extraction lasts for 20 days. Aging took place in second-hand 500 liter French barrels for 12 months.

It can match with veal Bourguignon, kebabs, stewed meats, well-cooked and peppered fillets.
