Dense aromas of small red fruits (cherry, blackberry) in combination with botanical (black pepper, thyme) and sweet characters (vanilla, truffle), a result of the intense aging in the oak barrels. Rich and full mouthfeel with a pleasant structure and strong tannins that give it a great resistance in time. An inviting and long-lasting aftertaste that shows off the tasty traits of the wine.

Karipidis Estate is a family owned winery, which is situated in Vounaina in Thessaly, in Central Greece and manages 300 hectares of privately owned vineyard.

Vinification – Maturation

A wine with great perspective in time. It matures for 36 months in French oak. Limited bottling.
