Tasting Characteristics

Soft nose, with aromas of chocolate and white flowers. Flavours of crisp plums, roasted almonds and aftertaste of vanilla.

The Process

The aged Black Oak spirit is produced from vineyards, not exceeding 200 m of altitude. Distilled in small discontinuous copper pot stills through a slow, patient process to preserve and bring out the fresh and sweet aromas. It is then aged in French oak casks, specially made for spirits.
