Monin Syrup Lavender 700ml

This light purple that we see in fields in Provence, France is lavender. Most have combined its use in perfume and aromatherapy. Lavender has been used for at least a millennium by the Roman Empire. A wonderful flower that is used either for decoration or for confectionery. MONIN Lavender has a wonderful colour and its characteristic aroma takes you to France. It is a part of the unique floral flavors MONIN as well as jasmine, rose and violet. All these flavours are ideal to add the aroma of flowers to a variety of drinks and foods.

Blue Lavender Gin Fizz

- 40ml gin

- 20ml Monin Lavender Syrup

- 15ml pasteurized egg white

- 20ml fresh lemon juice

- 2 pump(s) Monin Blueberry Concentrated Flavour

- Sparking beverage or soda water

Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage. Garnish.
