Cocktails with alcohol

Cucumber Delight

• 10 ml Monin cucumber
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 20 ml MoninTriple Sec Curacao λικέρ
• 40 ml Gin
• 3 slices of cucumber (2cm)
• 4-5 leaves of mint
  Press the cucumber with Monin into a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice and shake well. Double strain in a cocktail glass and serve. Garnish with 2 leaves of mint.

Cocktails without alcohol

Iced Cucumber Tea

• 10 ml Monin cucumber
• 20 ml Monin lemon tea
• 120 ml water
  In a large glass add all the ingredients and stir with a spoon well. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and serve.
