Agave is a succulent plant that is found in over 200 species. Its nectar is a high-quality sweetener produced by various species, one of which is Agave Tequilana also known as Blue Agave. Its nectar is produced by processing the juice we get from the agave kernel. Organic certified, Organic Agave syrup Monin is made exclusively from organic agave nectar without preservatives or additives.

Cocktails with alcohol

Oaxaca Margarita

• 10 ml Monin agave
• 10 ml Monin orange curacao
• 40 ml tequila
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
  Blend all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Double strain in a cocktail glass with salt.

Cocktails without alcohol

Agave & Apple

• 15 ml Monin agave
• 80 ml green apple juice
• 10 ml fresh lime juice
• Fentimans Ginger ale
• Pour all ingredients except ginger ale in a high glass with ice. Mix well, fill with Fentimans Ginger Ale and ice, and garnish with lime.
