Marie Brizard lime syrup is made from pure sugar and natural lime infusions. It is quite concentrated and highlights the authentic taste of lime.

Marie Brizard Syrups were created out of the need for a non-alcoholic concentrated flavour. Useful to every bartender and barista, they are the delicious secret of success in thousands of cocktails, but also in hot or cold drinks.

Cocktails with alcohol

Citronnelle

• 10 ml syrup lime Marie Brizard
• 40 ml liqueur Marie Brizard green apple
• 20 ml apple juice
• 10 ml cucumber syrup
• 30 ml gin
• 2 lemon grass blades
  

Press the lemon grass blades with a shaker, and then put the blades into the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker and shake. Strain to a martini type glass. Garnish with white radish, thyme, and a vanilla pod.
